Why does my app randomly show “Device Offline”?
• Check camera light; Solid = Online; Blinking = Offline.
• If you changed WiFi password, reset camera and reconnect.
• Move camera closer to router.
• Restart both router and camera.
Does auto-tracking work for pets and babies?
The current version only supports human detection (not pets).
Can I use the camera without cloud subscription?
Yes!
• Local storage (memory card required, supports up to 256GB).
• Free 30-day cloud trial (optional paid plans afterward).
Why does night vision switch between color/IR modes?
This is automatic:
• Color mode – Active when sufficient light exists.
• IR mode – Activates in darkness (infrared lights turn on).
How to prevent unauthorized access to my camera?
• Set strong passwords in the app:
Account password (Profile > Change Password).
•Camera password (Settings > Device Info > Create Password).
•Regularly update both passwords.
