Is this a WiFi camera?
No. This is a wired analog camera and does not support WiFi.
What type of cable does the camera need?
The camera requires a 2-in-1 BNC video + DC power Siamese cable made of CCA (copper-clad aluminum) or pure copper. This cable quality ensures stable power delivery so the camera’s pan/tilt functions operate smoothly.
Is this camera compatible with all DVR systems?
No. This camera is only compatible with ZOSI DVR systems, including ZR08JN, ZR08JM, ZR08VN, and ZR08VM.
For ZR08VN and ZR08VM, the DVR must run system version V1.8.1 or above. And above v1.8.1 for ZOSI 16 channel DVR.
Does the camera support two-way audio?
No. This model supports one-way audio only, allowing you to hear audio from the camera but not speak through it.
Why does the camera appear offline on the app?
The camera must first be added and properly connected to your ZOSI DVR. If it’s offline, check the BNC video cable and power connection to the DVR.
