Can this camera be used outside the United States? Does it support Wi-Fi?
No. This camera works ONLY on US 4G LTE networks (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T) and does NOT support WiFi. It is designed specifically for off-grid places without internet, such as farms, barns, and jobsites.
Does it support 24/7 recording, local and cloud storage?
Yes! It comes with a free 32GB SD card (supports up to 128GB) for local recording with no monthly fees. We also offer a 30-day free trial for Cloud Storage if you prefer online backup.
How long does the battery last with solar charging?
With the 3W high-efficiency solar panel, it provides 365-day non-stop power. The built-in 7800mAh battery keeps the camera running for months even during continuous rainy days or at night.
Why is my camera offline?
Check 4G signal strength, data plan balance (recharge in UBox app if needed), and battery level. Then hold the reset button until the light turns steady blue. If the issue persists, contact our support for a reply within 24 hours.
Do I have to use the included SIM card? How about data and storage fees?
The pre-installed SIM is optimized for best signal. To use your own, please contact Support for help. Data plans are independent of Cloud storage. A Free 32GB SD Card is included for local recording without monthly fees.
