Can you Bluetooth your phone to a speaker using this microphone?
No. The wireless mini micropone is used for audio/video recording. The bluetooth technology we mentioned is between the receiver and the mics, instead of the bluetooth function in your cell phone. Please kindly keep it OFF while making recordings.
Why are there two transmitters in the package? Do they represent left and right channels?
We have 2 clip on microphones in the package, which means content creators can use 2 mics for their project at the same time. It does not represent left and right channel.
The USB charging cable can not be conntected to the receiver to charge my phone？
It is used to charge the mini mics. If your smartphone runs out of power while making recordings with wireless lavalier microphone, then you can charge your cell phone by your phone charger through the port of the receiver.
Andriod Phone Setting
Enable OTG function on your phone before recording
This function is allows the phone to connect wireless clip on microphone directly.
When android phone’s camera App doesn’t support USB C microphone, please download “Open Camera” App. Item not compatible with Galaxy A03s or Moto G Stylus 5G.
PC & Laptop Setting
Select the USB Audio 1.0 as default sound input.
Some PCs & Laptops devices use the built-in microphone by default.
If the wireless lapel microphone and receiver indicators both are solid but not working, please try this method.
