This device does not contain a built-in battery. It needs to be connected to a computer or a power adapter to receive power. When using with a phone, please make sure it is also connected to a power source to ensure stable performance.
What cable should I use to connect to a computer or phone?
You must use a data cable that supports OTG audio transmission. Not all cables have this function—if your cable does not support OTG audio, the device may not work properly.
Why is there no sound after connecting to the computer?
Some computers may require you to manually select the device in the sound settings. After connection, please set this product as the default audio output device in your computer’s sound control panel.
Can you tell me what loopback does?
When you connect your phone or computer through USB and want to send audio from the computer back to the mixer, just remember to turn on Loopback! If Connected teammates hear echoes of their own voices，turn off the loopback button.
