* As a HUB: if your device has data type USB port. YES.
* Pair with Pi: YES for all series.
Pre-Purchase: How do I know if my device’s Type-C port supports DisplayPort Alt protocol?
1. Look for symbols like “ThunderBolt”, “SS”, or “Host” next to the port.
2. Check your device’s official specs on the manufacturer’s website.
3. If unsure, provide your device model and we will confirm compatibility.
Post-Purchase: The screen indicator is on but screen always show “Power Saving”.
This can be occasionally happens when your are connecting via HDMI method and your device’s USB port cannot output enough power, we suggest to try with another USB port or find a 5V/3A adaptor to connect to the 5V/2A port or the HOST port.
Post-Purchase: When I connect my device, the display extension works, but why doesn’t the HUB function?
Connect your device’s “DATA TRANSFER” type usbport to the product’s “HOST” interface is the only option to activate the USB HUB module. Please kindly have a check.
Post-Purchase: When I need to and how can I use “DC5V” interface?
This interface is designed for bidirectional power supply adjustment when connecting to Raspberry Pi:
• Powers monitor when only Raspberry Pi is powered.
• Powers Raspberry Pi when only monitor is powered.
