No. The RLC-520A is a PoE wired camera that requires an Ethernet connection for both power and data.

With the power from Reolink NVR/IEEE802.3af PoE switch/injector/DC 12V power adapter(Not included), you could set up and access the camera via Reolink App, Reolink PC client, or web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
