How to initially set up the camera?
Power up the camera using the included 12V/2A power adapter. Connect the camera to your router’s LAN port via the provided Ethernet cable and follow the app. Then you can the Ethernet cable and install the camera where you need.
Is this a 100% wireless camera?
No, the camera is a plugged-in WiFi Camera. It needs to be plugged in with a 12V/2A power adapter for continuous power.
Camera not working?
1. Installed the camera correctly (strictly follow the QSG). 2. Reboot the camera. 3. Cover the camera lens to see if the IR leds are on. If not, please come to us for further assistance.
Wi-Fi disconnected?
1. Check if antennas are correctly installed and tightly screwed in. 2. Move the camera closer to the router, or use a signal amplifier. 3. Update to the latest firmware version. 4. Reboot the camera and router.
Connection to router failed?
1.Verify the password is correct with another wireless device. 2.Check if antennas are correctly installed and tightly screwed in. 3.Move the camera closer to the router and reconfigure.4.try connecting directly to the router with an Ethernet cable.
