Q:Why does the LED lights flash on and off, can I turn it off?
A:It may be due to the two cameras being mounted too close together.
When the lights are turn on at night, another camera detects the environment is bright and will control to turn off.
Once the environment becomes dark, the camera will turn on the light again. Then it will keep looping. Recommended two cameras installation distance not less than 1 meter
Q: Can night vision be turned off and how?
A: RealHD cameras support most of the other brands DVR,special has good compatiable with Hik DVR, if you use these two brands,you can use zoom or iris button in PTZ section and access camera OSD menu. Then you can turn off the night vision in the camera OSD menu. Cause there are too many brands on the market, we haven’t test them one by one, any compatibility issues, please contact with us.
