Why the picture quality not clear as expect? Possible incorrect operating?
The shooting distance and zoom method. Shoot at a long distance, preferably with a tripod to fixed. The optimal shooting distance is about 2 meters. Do not zoom out to digital zoom section. The shooting environment should have sufficient lighting.
When connecting the camera to computer, the screen turned off? Thats does not mean stopping working.
Because when connecting to the HDMI cable, the screen automatically closes, so you can control the camera with remote.
