What is the power supply mode?
Hi,it needs power cord to get power, and it can’t be charged,cause no battery in the security camera.
Is there a monthly cloud service fee?
Hello, the cloud service is optional. If you subscripted the cloud, you can pay it for cloud storage. If not, you can install a 128G micro sd card for video recording.
Why i can’t connect the camera to wifi.
1. Ensure Wi-Fi is available (both 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands are acceptable).
2. Long press the reset button for 8s to reset the camera and connect it again. (Like you connect it firstly)
How to turn off all the lights?
1. Click “Spolight” button to turn off the spolight.
2. Click “Camera’s setting”, click on “night vision” and select IR mode.
