Does this camera support 5Ghz network?
This camera only supports 2.4Ghz netowrk, 5Ghz is not supported. If you are using dual-band netowrk, please make sure the camera connect to the 2.4Ghz network.
Note: 5Ghz≠5G. 5GHz Is One of Two Bands For Wi-Fi while 5G Is The New Cellular Standard.
Is the sd card included ? Which kind of sd card should I use?
No, this camera doesn’t include the SD card, you need to order it by yourselfy.
SD card need to meet the following conditions：
Card capacity requirements. 8-128GB.
Read and write speed requirements. Level 10.
File format: FAT32.
Why this camera does not record for 24/7 continuous?
For battery cameras, if the camera does not detect any movement in front of it, the camera will automatically enter sleep mode to save battery. Battery cameras record continuously for a long time will speed up the speed of battery depletion.
Does this wireless outdoor camera support RTSP/ONVIF/NVR/FTP?
Not support RTSP / ONVIF / NVR / FTP, only support SD card and cloud storage.
What should I do if the camera is not recording/detecting motions?
1. Enable motion detection in camera Settings
2. Wake up from sleep mode.
3. Stop viewing in Live stream.
4. Verify if there is a protective film on the camera lens, peel it off if present.
5. Ensure camera is connected to a stable network.
