Does the camera have auto-tracking functionality?
No, the current standard wireless cameras do not offer this feature.
If you need this functionality, please consider choosing AOV or plug-in cameras.
Do I need to subscribe to cloud storage to use the camera?
No, the camera comes with free cloud storage (6-second clips).
For longer recording times, you can subscribe to premium cloud storage or use a TF card (up to 128GB).
Does local storage mean I can only access recordings by removing the TF card?
If you choose local storage, you can access the footage either by removing the TF card or by directly selecting the corresponding entry in the app (this differs from cloud storage).
Why can’t I find my recorded content in the app after using a TF card?
Local storage and cloud storage have separate access entries.
If you’ve selected TF card storage, you’ll need to find the recorded content through the local storage entry.
Why won’t the camera turn on?
The camera’s battery may be depleted.
Please follow the charging instructions in the manual before use.
