Can it record continuously 24/7?
Security camera only records events when it detects motion; if no events occur, it won’t record. We don’t recommend 24/7 recording as it consumes a lot of power. If you plan to use 24/7 recording, we recommend using a separate power supply.
Are there no hidden fees? Does it have any fees for recording?
Our package includes a 64GB SD card, providing secure local storage space with no subscription fee; cloud storage service is optional (not mandatory).
Can i share the cameras with families?
The security camera can be shared by sending the inviation on the app. You should register an app account first. The cameras can be shared to 3 persons for free.
What if the camera accidentally goes offline?
Even if the network is disconnected, the camera continues to record events to the 64GB local storage. Automatic sync technology uploads recordings once the connection is restored, preserving all data on the HomeBase’s local storage.
