No, it does not support 5G, it can only use 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
To get a stable connection, the distance between the camera and the router should be closer.
Can I rotate the camera remotely with the app?
No, the camera can only be set and focused on one position, it cannot pan/tilt with the app.
You can adjust it to the angle you want and remotely view it via the app.
Why the screen of the Security Camera is upside down?
Maybe you flip the Security Camera up on the ceiling, please turn on “Rotate Image” in the ‘Audio & Video’ of the settings.
Why the Indoor Camera can’t record video to my SD Card?
Maybe your SD Card isn’t identified by the Camera, please change your SD card to 8-64GB, and format it in FAT 32.
