Does it support 5G WiFi?
No. This camera connects only to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. It is not compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi or cellular networks (4G/5G). For dual-band routers, please ensure you are connecting to the 2.4GHz band.
How to record a video? Do I need to subscribe?
No need subscribe data monthly fee. Video is automatically recorded via motion detection. Save clips to a microSD card (up to 256GB) or to cloud storage with an optional subscription.
Is it work with alexa or google home?
Yes, this wireless security camera is work with both Alexa and Google Home. For easy setup, simply pair within the app, and follow the provided instructions for integration.
My camera is offline after working some days.
Make sure the camera has power(reconnect solar panel), try to reset the camera, setup as brand new, and move it near the wifi router.
