Why doesn’t the camera have a power button? How do I turn it on?
The camera is designed to turn on automatically when plugged in, so a physical power button isn’t needed. Simply connect it to power to start using it.
Why do I connect failed to my 5G Wi-Fi?
For the 5G-enabled camera to connect, please ensure a stable Wi-Fi network (correct password, no active VPN). After checking, please reset the camera and try connecting again.
Do I have to purchase a SD card or cloud service? What is the difference between SD card storage and cloud storage?
To record videos, either an SD Card or a Cloud subscription is required. The SD Card is a one-time purchase for local storage, while the Cloud subscription provides remote, secure access to your footage.
